Pet Policy

Following policy only applies in select homes

  • Cats and dogs weighing less than 50 pounds are allowed. No ferrets, snakes or exotic animals permitted.
  • Dog breed restrictions: No aggressive breeds are permitted (i.e., but not limited to -Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Pit Bull Mixes, German Shepard’s, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, American Bull Dogs, and any hybrid of Wolf).
  • Maximum of 1 dog, 2 cats, or 1 dog and 1 cat per apartment.
  • For dogs, there is a $200 refundable pet deposit with an additional $300.00 non-refundable fee.
  • Renter's Insurance is required.
  • Pet rent is $20/month for dogs (Non-Refundable)
  • For cats, there is a $200 refundable pet deposit, with an additional $150.00 non-refundable fee per cat.
  • Pet rent is $10/month for cats (Non-Refundable)
  • A veterinary certificate and proof of up-to-date shots are required.
  • A photo of your pet will be required.
  • A pet interview will be conducted to ensure suitability.
